Refund Eligibility

  • Less than 10% of course content has been accessed
  • No certificates or completion documents have been issued
  • Valid reason for refund (technical issues, course mismatch, etc.)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Course materials that have been downloaded
  • Certificates and completion documents
  • Lab access fees after 7 days
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions
  • Custom training programs

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@vulnhub.in
  • Include your enrollment details and reason for refund
  • Provide proof of payment and any relevant documentation
  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Denial Reasons

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Request is made after the eligible period
  • More than 10% of course content has been accessed
  • Course completion certificate has been issued
  • Request is for reasons covered in our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests for the same course

Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to:

  • Transfer to another course (price difference applies)
  • Put enrollment on hold for up to 6 months
  • Gift the course to another person
  • Apply credit toward future courses

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues:

  • Contact our support team first for resolution
  • Document the technical problems you're experiencing
  • Allow reasonable time for troubleshooting
  • Refund considered only if issues cannot be resolved
